Hej Max, tack för omhändertagandet av glasögonen. Kan bara hålla med om din uppskattning av Dejan, han är ovärderlig här. Kan nämna att Dejan utöver dagens morgonpass även var på banorna sent igår kväll (för att inte störa spelarna) och trimmade in bevattningen med nya verktyg, och kvällen innan det var han med vid vårt styrelsemöte som varade många timmar... /Michael
We do appreciate your kind efforts and suggestions to improve our facilities. This is not an easy one though. You and I have already spoken a couple of times about the courts and the causes of the problems we are encountering. Of course you are perfectly allowed to vent at our members forum every opinion and suggestion that you have. However, I believe that it would be more efficient if we were to talk person to person instead of posting and answering at the forum. Both your questions and our responses are basically to complicated to be optimally handled in written text. After having consulted our board I would therefore suggest that we handle the situation differently from now on. You are welcome to call me or write me a mail whenever you want to discuss any matter concerning the courts. This will of course not change the fact that some suggested changes will need to be discussed att a board meeting and have to wait till next season, but i I believe that we will get a more nuanced picture of your suggestions this way and we will also be able to explain matters in more detail than we currently manage to do at the members site. Sorry Alfredo, you are mixing things up, we had bad brushes before those are taken away & I was the one that identified the problem with why the gravel around the lines where badly damaged, you where just complaining...when we have a bad sprinkler if people tell us we fix it! if the sprinklers are only used night time then we will not know if they work properly, that has always been the case.. I personally do not get your comments here.. we are all helping out here as members..& if there are any additional costs that might affect our members, we cannot demand that from members in the midst of a season. before the next season we will definitely evaluate improvements and inform all members of why we are recommending doing those. As said numerous times now, we appreciate that you inform us immediately when something does not work and we act upon those issues fixing them asap.
I dont understand why to wait for next season problems should be taking as soon as possible. I care for the courts and want to play without need to fix the lines before playing even i have fixing the lines for others. As people can see after raining the courts are much better because this is what the courts need water. I have another option make an schema with the members and let do the work for a day at the courts it shouldnt be so difficult.
automatic irrigation systems we will continue to use as the club has invested a lot in the system. Of course, there should be no puddles for a spreader to get stuck, we on the board have to solve that. As you say below, it is important that everyone is helped if a spider is disturbed, the problem is that they only go at night and then no one sees if a spider is disturbed.
